The men on this page are men who I have found in my research who have been born in Connah’s Quay, or surrounding district, have links to the area, or who have been missed off the Connah’s Quay & Shotton Cenotaph because there was no one to speak up for them at the time. Whatever the reason, they should also be remembered as they too gave up their lives for us all. I am so glad to say they now have a plaque of their own.
