Nad, who became the new owner of Sychdyn’s Post Office and village shop earlier this year, very recently went on a visit to see family in Sri Lanka. Whilst he was there, he located John Hough’s grave and photographed it for the website www.flintshirewarmemorials.com

The photographs have now been posted on John Hough’s page on the website

Many many thanks Nad. We never thought we’d ever see this soldier’s grave, so far from home.
