Jane Marriot, one of the group of people researching the Hope and Caergwrle Memorials, has had the brilliant idea of using her quilting skills to make a wall hanging to commemorate the centenary of the First World War. The quilt will incorporate the names of the servicemen who died and wherever possible, their photograph too. Jane is asking that anyone and everyone who has a photograph of anyone named on the memorials to kindly let her have a copy.
