I have no information on this soldier except to say that his name was on the Church War Memorial Plaque in St. Andrew’s Church in Garden City, he is also remembered on the St. Ethelwold’s Church, Shotton, but St. Andrews was part of this Church at the time, so he must have been a parishioner for his name to be put forward. Any help would be gratefully received. I am researching the soldier with the above Regtl. No. at the moment, he enlisted into the Canadian Expeditionary Force in New York and Montreal, but lived in New Haven, Conn. U.S.A.
